This is a great little pocket meditation book for the beginner from one of the best known teachers/thinkers of meditation practice of our time. There are over 100 short meditations that can be used for daily practice– some can be utilized as mantras, others are targeted towards adjusting your mindset, and a few are lessons in how to meditate more effectively. For the individual meditator, there are wonderful meditations for your personal practice whether you’re a beginner or experienced. For the group facilitator, many of these can be used for small to medium sized groups as a way to expand the group experience or inject something a little different into the normal routine. Give this one a try!
